Our motto is 'Hearty ales for the logger in all of us'.

 

We are a family owned and operated microbrewery utilizing local talent. 

 

Kevin McMurry, one of the owners, started home brewing over 25 years ago. He shared his knowledge and passion for making beer with his son Ryan and apprentice Matt. His daughter, Julie, has recently relocated from Bellingham to manage the taproom. His son in law, Shane, still currently lives in Bellingham, but continues to help in numerous ways.

Today the majority of the brewing is done by Matt and Loren. Kevin continues to create recipes and oversee the business along with his wife and fellow owner, Cathey. 

 

Willapa Brewing Co. was started to help our community and create jobs in North Pacific County. Our hope is the brewery and taproom will attract more business and tourism to the area.

Willapa Brewing Co. is located in rural Pacific County, Washington. The brewing takes place in Raymond, while our taproom and pizzeria is located in South Bend right off of SR 101 next to the Steam Donkey.
